Pool Fun!

Isn't his little swimmy suit sooo cute?!!! I am not a big fan of how it works (floats up into his chin when in the water) but it's good for safety.

Monday we walked up to our community pool with some of my girlfriends and their kids. it was super hot out with absolutely no breeze, making it a perfect pool day. I bought a swimmy suit for Rhett over the weekend and wanted to try it out. He wasn't too thrilled about the water (a bit cold) but he had a blast dipping his cups and watering can into the baby pool and pouring them all over :) We had such a nice time!!

Beach Baptism Sunday!

Last Sunday was another Church day at the beach :) We had a huge turnout and 3 of our great friends were Baptised, as well as our friend's son. Rhett was a bit sick, so he just sat and played in sand. He did go in the water for a while, but it was pretty cold!

Sunset Dinner at the Beach

We decided to have a picnic dinner the beach last week, so we loaded up Rhett's new wagon and headed down there. We stopped at our place to pick up some Fish, Shrimp and Chips and made our way across the street just in time. The water was cold, but Rhett didn't care.. he kept trying to go in. We got to watch the boat come in with all the tourists from the sunset cruise. It was a great evening... we need to do it more often!!!!!! Isn't it horrible how we take it for granted??!!

Opa took Rhett for a ride on the mower. I guess he is training him early for mowing that BIG yard ;)

Boy's Best Friend

Rhett just adores the dogs. When they make thier way into the house Rhett squeels and gets sooooo excited making a bee-line them. Kaiser is the only one that sits and lets Rhett just climb all over him. It's soo sweet that Kaiser puts up with it!

We went to visit Great grandpa one more time before we headed back to Hawaii. He is staying with a nice family in Merritt Island that is able to give him 24 hour care...... he is in great spirits and seems to like the company :)


Tata and GrammyLia have started a piggy bank for Rhett. We were teaching him how to put the pennies in the slot. Ofcoarse, we also had to teach him not to put them in his mouth!!!

Justa Swingin'

We took a ride in mom's convertible one afternoon when the weather was beautiful. We ended up at the Cocoa Village for some lunch and some play time at the park. Rhett just looooves the swings... oh, and tootsie pops too ;)

Jaws Spotting!

Dad and I had the chance to go scuba diving in the Living Seas at Epcot at Walt Disney World. It was amazing!!!! I highly recommend it :) We were in a HUGE indoor tank that had atleast 8 sharks, lots of rays, gigantic turtles and groupers. Some of the sharks were 9-10 feet long... WOW!! We were within just a few feet of them!! Wish we had more picture, but they didn't allow us to bring cameras. We were lucky to get them to snap this one for us before we went down.
I took this one from the viewing area through the glass after the dive was over. The picture is of a little under water bubble that we could come up into . It was fed with surface air, but was 20 feet under. Realy neat! The coolest part of the dive was that we could swim up to the glass and wave at all the people in the finding Nemo ride and eating in the Restaurant! It was fun to watch thier faces when the sharks would swim by us! Dad and I even bought a DVD of our dive for proof!!

Havin' fun in Florida!

It was soooo cold on New Year's Day in Florida. A front came through and lasted for several days. Brrrrr!!
We made a visit to the Brevard Zoo with my cousin Brenda and her kids, Grace and Ben. Rhett just loved all the animals.

I got a kick out of this.... Rhett kept putting his hand through the fence and the deer was just licking away! Rhett was laughing and didn't even care that his whole hand was in the mouth of a deer! He is such an animal lover :)

Happy New Year 2008!

We went to the First Night Celebration in the Cocoa Village with mom and aunt Susan. Chris, Melissa and the girls met us there.
